ROYALS PARTY BUS SPECIAL
THE CHEAPEST ROYALS GAME PACKAGE IN KC!
THE PACKAGE IS FOR PICKUP UP TO TWO HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE GAME. ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE THE GAME (OVER THE INCLUDED 2 HOURS) IS AT A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $150/HR.
THE BUS STAYS AT THE GAME THE ENTIRE TIME. DEPARTURE IS APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AFTER THE END OF THE GAME OR EARLIER IF YOU LIKE.
10 Chairs, 3x6' table, and 10x10' canopy tent available to rent for $100 (subject to availability).
ALL PRICES INCLUDE THE BUS PARKING PASS.
A base 20% TIP will be added to the total for the driver.

CHIEFS PARTY BUS TAILGATE SPECIAL
Be a part of the best tailgating scene in the NFL! This package includes pickup up to 2 hours before the start time of the game for tailgating with the bus and to beat traffic into Arrowhead. Additional time before the game is charged at $150/hr. The bus stays at the game the entire time and you are welcome to bring any tailgate supplies and refreshments you wish. Chairs (10), table (3'x6'), and tent (10'x10') are available for an extra $120 (first come first serve). The bus leaves 30 minutes after the game ends. Hop on the bus and party during the ride back!

Prices are for one pickup and one final drop off location. Multiple pickup/final drop off locations will add an additional fee.
Games on holidays will have a $150 fee added.

At Magic Party Buses, your safety is our primary concern. There are several 'companies' in the KC area that operate illegally and are a danger to you and others on the road. Their buses are not up to the safety standards set by the DOT or FMCSA, they do not carry adequate insurance or insurance at all, and often the drivers are not properly licensed and qualified.
Would you eat at a restaurant that did not pass a health inspection?
Their websites look legit and their cheap prices appeal to many customers but when it comes to their party date, the bus doesn't show up at all, or if one does show up, it isn't any of those advertised on their website.
You might think you're saving yourself a few hundred dollars renting from the cheapest quote you get, but when the bus doesn't show up, the company isn't legit and there is a problem, or the bus is a piece of junk, you will wish you had spent the extra few dollars per person for a quality, reputable service.
Transportation is a heavily regulated industry. Legal party bus companies will be able to show you their operating authority, proof of insurance, and their buses will be marked with their name, USDOT number and MC number.
For the safety of your guests, others on the road, and yourself, please make sure that the company you are renting from is registered, properly insured, and legally certified to operate.
Legal companies will have their DOT # and MC # on the sides of their vehicles.
